This exercise involves holding your hands six inches apart with palms facing each other and feeling the energy. After holding your hands in this position for a while, it may begin to feel like you are holding a ball. You can experiment with moving your hands further apart or closer. During this exercise, you need to observe what you notice when your hands move closer together or away from each other? This subtle energy exercise can also be experienced with another person. When you are with another person, stand opposite each other with your hands facing theirs. You can attempt different distances with them as well.
You can also have them stand still and sense their energy field with your hands. Observe what it feels like, how wide is it, etc.
- You can also perform exercises to remove “foreign energy” with life alignment.
From time to time, everyone comes in contact with the negative emotions, we feel anger, resentment, jealousy, etc. of another person. The fact that the negative emotion isn’t ours means that it is foreign energy. However, foreign energies can stick to us and affect our own emotions. When you come in contact with negative foreign energy, do the following:
- Be conscious of the negative emotion that you may have picked up – it could be in any form.
- While sitting or lying down, touch your navel with the palm of your hand and then touch the crown of your head.
- Touch both places again, lightly, and simultaneously; touch your navel with your left hand and the crown of your head with your right. Now, with both hands positioned above these two body parts, gradually move your hands away from those body parts until you feel them about four inches away. Hold the position for about two minutes and feel the healing energetic medicine moving through your hands in those locations. When you are through, you would have cleared your mind of the toxic foreign energy.
We’ve all been in that situation before where we relate to people based on the kind of energy we get from them; sometimes, we call this vibe. Energy is very important in our relationship with people, it determines the kind of effect they have on us.
